How do I find the part reference?
The reference is printed on the board itself — look for a white label or silkscreen code. For Daikin: PCBIS / PCBEP format. For Samsung: DB93-XXXXX. For Mitsubishi: E22B / E26B series. Photograph the label before ordering.
What warranty do you offer?
All boards come with a 3-month warranty. If a board is defective on arrival, we replace it at no cost. Boards that develop a fault within 3 months are covered under our warranty policy.
Can I import HVAC parts to UAE / USA / Brazil?
Yes. Electronic HVAC spare parts are standard imports in all three regions. We provide full customs documentation. UAE: 5% import duty typically applies. USA: orders under $800 are duty-free. Brazil: II + IPI taxes apply on import — we recommend consulting a customs broker for high-value orders.
How do I pay?
